How does the 14 day free trial work?
Simply sign up for any package. We won't ask you for your card details until your 14 day trial is over.
Once you've verified your signup, your 14 day trial will start. You will be using the equivalent of the Optimum package so you can see the full features of the software. The only limitation is that generated reports will only contain some report data until you upgrade to a Paying Plan - then you will be able to retrieve full reports.
You can cancel your trial at any time. We will not automatically upgrade you to a Paying Plan after the 14 day trial. If you haven't upgraded to a Paying Plan we will close your account.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept payments online, so we will not be able to accept a purchase order, invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
How do I convert from the 14 day trial to a Paying Plan?
Anytime during, or after, your 14 day trial period you can upgrade to any Paying Plan. Simply:
- Sign into your trial account
- Go to the Account > Plan section
- Choose the right plan for you
Then add your payment details and you are ready to go. No hassle, no delay. Your account will instantly be upgraded. All saved documents in your account will be available to you.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every Optimise plan includes unlimited staff and clients. 10 people or 100 people, 3 clients or 30.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Optimise is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you cancel, your account will remain open until the end of the last-billed month, you will not be billed again.
